By immersing yourself in these frequencies during a session, you may experience a range of benefits. These include calming your nervous system, releasing emotional tension, enhancing your sense of awareness, supporting the flow of energy throughout your body, and encouraging clarity, creativity, and a sense of inner peace. Each session offers an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Wear comfortable clothing with layers, to adjust for warmer or cooler ambient temperature. Depending upon the event venue, upon booking, you may be requested to bring other items such as a yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Come with an open mind and be prepared to receive (nothing for you to do!).
